Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading financial operations, overseeing day-to-day financial management, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be proficient in accounting systems, and have experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management and Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and monitor expenses and budgets.
    • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, tax filings, and PF/ESIC submissions.
  • Insurance and Risk Management:
    • Procure and manage essential business insurance policies, including public liability, cybersecurity, and professional indemnity insurance.
    • Maintain insurance documentation and ensure prompt response to incidents or claims.
  • Financial Instruments and Banking Infrastructure:
    • Establish and manage banking relationships, ensuring optimal account structures for operational efficiency.
    • Support the setup of digital payment systems and vendor management tools.
  • Procurement and Office Operations:
    • Manage procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies.
    • Coordinate with co-working providers and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative Leadership and Record-Keeping:
    • Develop and maintain internal administrative policies and workflows.
    • Oversee documentation of employee records, contracts, lease agreements, and regulatory filings.
