The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have comprehensive expertise in estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract management.

They should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within premium destinations such as India.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

The role also requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.

Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management is highly desirable.
