Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Research

You will lead research initiatives that shape market insights and client strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to provide commercial real estate market intelligence.
  • Develop detailed long-form and short-form research reports to establish thought leadership and support both client and internal requirements.
  • Analyze real estate market trends, talent, city infrastructure to support client-specific assignments.
  • Author research-led articles to establish our organization as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a structured research knowledge base for internal and client use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in research, market analysis, real estate research or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate markets is desirable.
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
