Estimation Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Estimation Manager to lead quality assurance and billing management for luxury villas in India.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in estimation, budgeting, and contract management to take on a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within India.

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee stringent quality control procedures throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Billing Management: Manage project billing, including verification of completed work and invoice preparation.
  • Contract Management: Review and manage real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: Involvement in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within India.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
