Senior Building Services Engineer Leader

Job Overview:
- As a key member of our building services team, the Senior Building Services Engineer Leader will oversee the review and optimization of MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy and service efficiency.
- This individual will provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards to drive excellence in our projects.
- Responsibilities also include supporting cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope, as well as coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for execution.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in monitoring site progress, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Additionally, this role will involve leading sustainability initiatives such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building practices.
- Key duties include preparing MIS reports, certifying bills, and managing MEP budgets.
- A strong background in handling high-end equipment installation and commissioning is essential.
Required Qualifications: A university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role is required.
