Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of transformative AI/ML products.

This senior role is ideal for entrepreneurs who want to grow into a leadership position in an AI-first startup, architecting and deploying applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead end-to-end product engineering initiatives.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Design and deploy scalable architectures in the GCP ecosystem.
  • Deliver MVPs with rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align technology strategy with business goals.
  • Actively contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productisation.
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs.
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Vijayawada or willing to relocate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
