Lead AI and Data Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned data leader to drive our data and AI streams. The ideal candidate will be both a technical expert and a strategic thinker, able to act as an independent consultant guiding projects from concept to production.

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and real-world AI systems that integrate multiple technologies.
  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a production environment (MLOps).
  • Act as a technical lead, mentoring junior engineers, setting best practices, and performing code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering, as well as a strong command of at least one major ML framework. They will stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering to introduce new technologies and methodologies that improve our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data platforms and AI systems, including building foundational data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data streams.
  • Work directly with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
