We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a vital role in accurately predicting and preparing detailed cost estimates for various projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Carefully reviewing and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by clients and consultants.
  • Identifying project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
  • Familiarizing yourself with applicable international codes and standards.
  • Ensuring all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
  • Using appropriate measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, with a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software.
  • Familiarity with cost estimation software is an added advantage.
