Chief Architect Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Technology lead to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge wealth management platform. As a foundational member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of architecting complex backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, with a deep understanding of FinTech, WealthTech, or highly regulated BFSI environments. With at least 5-7 years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, you will bring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design our entire technological universe, translating vision into architecture
  • Develop and implement scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor a small but passionate team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI and RBI regulations, embedding regulatory requirements into our product's DNA
  • Own integration with critical systems like the SCORES platform and payment gateways
  • Write critical code, review PRs, and contribute to the growth and development of our team

About You:

  • Strong technical skills with hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of FinTech, WealthTech, or highly regulated BFSI environments
  • Proven leadership experience with a team of engineers, with a focus on mentorship and collaboration
  • Able to navigate complex technical challenges and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A founder's mindset, energized by 0-to-1 challenges and proactive problem-solving
