IT Transformation Leader

This position will own and lead strategic IT initiatives to drive growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies with end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital transformation vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Position the company as a thought leader through industry forums and innovation charters.
  • Advise senior management on emerging technologies and trends relevant to evolving needs.
  • Define futuristic IT architecture focused on customer-centric systems delivering seamless omnichannel experiences.

Requirements:

  • Over 20 years of experience in IT/tech – preferably in retail organizations or services companies while managing end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
  • Experience in digital transformation for enterprises with a focus on retail industry and business processes.
  • Experience with omnichannel systems required for a new generation retailer.
  • End-to-end experience across applications, infrastructure, network, and user environment operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Able to define and manage futuristic IT architectures spanning applications, data, and security.
  • Experience in establishing an IT governance model across the organization.
  • DevOps and process transformation expertise.
  • Exposure to AI and automation technologies.
