Senior Vice President - Transformation

Job Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Transformation will lead strategic and operational transformation across our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

  • Drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption
  • Foster deep partnerships with internal stakeholders including Solutions, Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation & Process Excellence Office Leadership
  • Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects (modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption)
  • Oversee the identification, prioritization, and delivery of continuous improvement, automation, AI, and data analytics opportunities across internal operations, customer-facing functions

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models
