Customer Service Role for Healthcare Industry

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a customer service position in the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and prior international BPO experience.

  • Work on inbound and outbound calls for healthcare customers in the US, providing support with queries related to healthcare benefits, insurance claims, billing, and accounts.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience, preferably in voice processes
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills when interacting with customers
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US process)
