Job Overview:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, first-call resolutions, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and share knowledge to improve overall team performance.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay current with company processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in International BPO, specifically in customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- HSC/Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
