
US Healthcare Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the role of US-Based Voice Customer Service (Healthcare). This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients, providing accurate information, resolving customer queries effectively, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills in English, be able to handle pressure and multitask, possess good listening and problem-solving skills, and be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills
In addition to these skills, candidates should have a minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred, with a focus on customer-facing roles. Freshers with HSC/Graduate qualifications are also eligible to apply.
