Finance Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned finance professional with 8-15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is sought after to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Financial Performance Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Strategic Decision-Making Support: Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Budget Development and Monitoring: Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Cost Optimization: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Long-Term Financial Planning: Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA): Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
