Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to lead our finance and accounting functions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Leader will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires strong domain expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end financial function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the financial and accounting team.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in finance and accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
