
Strategic Customer Advocate

Role Summary:
This role involves serving as a Technical Account Manager for one or more of Adobe's largest and most strategic customers. As the primary post-implementation contact, you will be their Adobe customer services advocate, drive their technical success, and focus on providing proactive services that improve customer operational health with Adobe solutions.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a balance of deep and broad technical abilities along with outstanding customer service and account management skills. You will need to develop engaging relationships across the customer's organization and communicate effectively at all levels, especially in complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer's organization
- Identify needs and propose solutions that will accelerate the customer's success
- Assess customer health, technical risks, and opportunities, and build mitigation plans
- Anticipate problems and proactively work with customers to avoid or lessen impact
- Engage in discussions to convey ownership, assertiveness, prioritization, organization, direction, and progress
- Own and complete customer status calls and reporting, and provide regular knowledge transfer sessions and service reviews with customers and partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, consultative technical customer support, and/or related roles in the technology space
- Extensive experience working in complex enterprise IT environments in consulting, support, account management, or development roles
- Executive presence and finesse in all communications, with strong conflict-resolution skills
- Successful customer-facing skills to include running presentations and coordinating high-profile customer calls and meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent German and/or French in addition to English
