
Strategic Account Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work with key sellers on Amazon. Our goal is to provide the highest level of services and encourage sellers to grow their businesses.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for our sellers.
The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data and create actionable insights to drive business growth. You will also partner with internal teams to manage seller relationships and champion the seller's needs at Amazon.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Measuring success by performance on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience.
- Partnering with internal teams to manage seller relationships.
- Building communication channels at all levels and setting proper expectations.
- Executing on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, supply chain.
- Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of macros and data analytics.
- Ability to drive process or procedure improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Success will be measured by the performance on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience.
