Amazon's Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help drive the growth of its Seller Partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and digital advertising, with a strong analytical background.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 Sellers, providing strategic advice on marketplace programs, tools, and processes. This includes analyzing customer data, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing metrics to track success. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement
- Implementing and tracking metrics to measure success
- Identifying and qualifying prospective Sellers for SAS
- Building and executing joint business plans with Sellers
A day in the life of a Customer Success Manager includes collaborating with a team of experts across USA to develop and deliver consultative services to Amazon's Seller Partners. The role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
