It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing The Position A customer success specialist is a relationship manager that expands customer accounts, increases retention, solves client issues, and drives customer satisfaction. Their goal is to keep customers satisfied with the business’ products, drive adoption, reduce churns and increase client engagement. They will oversee the onboarding process, handle the customer lifecycle, add value, and increase client retention. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience with 1-2 years in customer service/inside sales (freshers are eligible)- A PGDM or equivalent degree is required- Strong negotiation and probing skills- Excellent technical skills (Windows and MS Office suite).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good interpersonal skills are required, additionally, they should have the capability to engage peers with value-added ideas and constructive feedback- Must have great organizational, time-management and presentation abilities- Own the entire relationship with assigned clients and drive adoption and expansion of our solutions- Guide new customers through a systematic onboarding process- Develop relationships with clients as a trusted and strategic advisor to ensure the clients derive full value of our products and services- Review the customer journey, determine how it is supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals- Analyze customer’s past interactions and tickets to improve customer experience- Analyze trends in CSAT and NPS scores to identify areas for improvement- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints to reduce churn percentage- Contribute to product design and development by providing critical insights to the product team to improve solutions- Educate champions and their teams on the value of our product- Identify use cases before they become a critical issue for the practice- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, build trust and rapport also identify areas of opportunity, highlight best practices, and document both- Foster a keen sense of community and information sharing by working cross-functionally to solve problems and/or plan with team members for upcoming client meetings What we offer- A diverse, inclusive, world class work environment embedded in a culture of innovation.- Make a huge impact on the lives of millions of patients worldwide.- Be valued, nurtured, and grow at an exponential speed.- Awesome compensation, and a stake in the project.- Best-in-class benefits and perks Join our team to help create a safe, effective, and collaborative healthcare system for the world - _CureMD is proud to win the "Best Work-Life Balance”, "Best Diversity" & "Best Culture" awards by Comparably in 2021.
