The Role of a Customer Service Team Leader is to oversee the daily operations of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This involves managing and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive results. You will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:People Management skills: The ability to lead and motivate team members, provide constructive feedback, and develop their skills and abilities.
Client Management skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
Process Management skills: The ability to analyze and improve existing processes, identify areas for efficiency gains, and implement changes to drive business results.
Coaching and Training: The ability to design and deliver training programs, coach team members on new skills and knowledge, and provide ongoing development opportunities.
Feedback and Performance Management skills: The ability to provide regular feedback to team members, set clear expectations and goals, and conduct performance reviews.
Education Target: Minimum Graduate (Any Bachelors Degree)
US Shift: Starting Window 5.30 pm – 8.30 am
