Marketing Team Lead for India

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing team in India. As a Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing marketing team, including Industry Marketing Managers and Content Marketing Managers.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement industry marketing plans tailored to specific sectors.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM strategies for targeted enterprise and small to medium-sized companies.
  • Data Management: Oversee data cleaning and enrichment processes for account and contact information to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience, with a focus on team leadership and strategic planning. Proven track record as a manager is a plus.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative marketing strategies.
  • Proven Effectiveness: Proven track record in marketing effectiveness, ideally within the workforce management industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of industry marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work at CET Times to effectively interact with the HQ in Germany.
