Product Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hardware and software engineering projects.

  • Ambitious candidate with 12+ years of experience in product development will spearhead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with product management and architecture teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Coordinating with software, mechanical, and electrical teams to guarantee alignment and integration readiness.
  • Designing and implementing the hardware & software engineering function at our India location.
  • Driving process improvement and governance excellence across teams.
  • Promoting effective use of development, testing, and communication tools.
  • Supporting the management team in prioritizing and assigning engineering work.
  • Fostering technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Tracking and managing product milestones and activities through formal systems.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • A background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design and development.
  • Experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
