Role Description:

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving market traffic and optimizing product availability to achieve territory objectives. You will establish relationships with retail and wholesale customers to uncover their needs and increase the number and variety of SKUs stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create business plans to drive top stores through close tracking of instore execution target achievement.
  • Conduct daily sales calls to increase Bills cut, TLS, Brand ECO, check stock, and ensure proper merchandising at each customer.
  • Drive top stores by establishing strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
  • Ensure shops are merchandised in accordance with expectations to maximize product availability and potential sales.
  • Demonstrate the superiority of Abbott products from the customer's perspective, emphasizing ROI advantages of the Abbott brand.
  • Influence customers to maintain a proper balance of stock and market credit relative to accounts receivable by telling a persuasive brand story that links to increased traffic and sales.
  • Conduct Daily/monthly reviews of Distributor sales men to address low performance and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure adequate stock replenishment daily to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
