Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities with large corporate hospitals and develop customized programs to meet their needs.
  • Be the primary point of contact for top leadership from hospitals and facilitate strategic interventions, campaigns, and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical, and Public Affairs, to build networks and close relationships with decision makers.
  • Coordinate with ethical and trade sales teams for on-ground execution and insights sharing for operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and corporate hospital landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
