Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at CarInfo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to expand business and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns and potential risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to build relationships and stay connected with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and key account metrics.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
