Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at CarInfo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to expand business and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns and potential risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to build relationships and stay connected with clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and key account metrics.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
