Job Summary:
The Strategic Account Manager will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships within our stock broking house. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, advising them on investment opportunities, and ensuring a seamless trading experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Acquisition of new customers and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products to help clients make informed decisions.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy in trading and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing timely updates on market changes and account status.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client portfolios, recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and investment opportunities, sharing insights with clients regularly.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services to enhance client portfolios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (trading, compliance, research) to ensure a cohesive client experience and effective trade execution.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (NISM) are a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client advisory roles within the financial services or stock broking industry.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading processes.
