About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our team at Muses Consulting Studio. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new clients to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client contracts, inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Client Communication and Engagement: Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings to provide updates on project status, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Issue Resolution and Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the client relationship.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study.
  • Experience in account management, business development, or related roles and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
