About the Job

This is a dynamic role for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management, with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support production requirements and long-term business goals.
  2. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Quality, Finance) to ensure systematic procurement, budgeting, and planning.
  3. Build, develop, and manage long-term supplier relationships and key strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving cost reduction and vendor performance management.
  • Overseeing contract negotiations, compliance, and risk mitigation to protect company interests.
  • Leading, mentoring, and guiding the procurement team members at all levels to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in manufacturing, railway, automotive, or engineering sectors.
