The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and communicating with various customers and stakeholders, while also possessing good computer and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Managing and communicating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Utilizing computer skills and MS Office/MS Document to maintain accurate records and reports

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
  • Proficiency in MS Office/MS Document and mailing
  • Able to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
