Auto Components Manufacturing Operations Director

Job Description
We seek an accomplished Operations Director to spearhead our end-to-end plant and supply chain performance.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience in automotive or auto component manufacturing, capable of driving efficiency and scaling operations.
A key focus area will be on operational excellence, leveraging lean tools and best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Senior Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations leadership role in the automotive or auto component manufacturing sector.
- Manufacturing Systems Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, including lean tools and processes.
- Operational Scalability: Proven track record of scaling operations and managing P&L across multiple manufacturing units.
- Business Acumen: Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth through operational excellence.
