Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Election Specialist located in New Delhi. The Auto Election Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of auto elections within construction projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with electoral regulations, monitoring election processes, and conducting quality checks. The Auto Election Specialist will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on election activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, coordinating with diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing election processes and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
