Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at AuditorsDesk. As a key member of our client delivery process, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
- Manage client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they fully understand how to utilize our SaaS products.
- Utilize audit and commerce expertise to analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, client management, and customer relations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Understanding of audit processes and commerce principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to client engagements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
