  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients/brands, addressing inquiries and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Contribute to creating compelling pitches for content partnerships, both long-form and short-form, to existing and new clients.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, ensuring clear communication of ideas and strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and support the team in developing innovative solutions.
  • Update and manage client information, ensuring accurate tracking of key metrics and account performance.
Desired Skillset
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
  • Passion for Bengali entertainment is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
