Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive

Job Description:

The role involves advancing the career of an individual in industrial sales and gaining hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, customer-centricity, and performance.

  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales in OEM accounts and forging strong relationships with them.
  • Expand the OEM base across the region by establishing contacts with all OEMs, building strong relationships, and promoting Domino product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare OEM sales forecasts for the region, covering all products.
  • Monitor market trends and competition activity, evolving promotional strategies and sales efforts.
  • Develop OEMs as Domino advocates through effective brand building and product support.
  • Ensure clear and clean transactions with transparent information on OEM's end customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales of industrial automation-related machines, with responsibility for direct selling (B2B OEM key accounts) and payment collection.
  • Excellent contacts/relationships with OEM companies.
  • Fluent speaking/writing skills in English and the local language.
  • Active working relationships with OEMs, including account mapping/management skills and dossier development.
