Job Title: Industrial Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Industrial Procurement Specialist to drive our sales pipeline forward. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a critical role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads.

Responsibilities include researching decision-makers, crafting effective outreach messages, and leveraging AI tools to optimize our sales strategy. You will work closely with the sales team to develop targeted lists, run outbound campaigns, and qualify prospects using established frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build targeted lists via various sources and research ideal accounts and decision-makers
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls to initiate conversations and build interest in our product
  • Qualify prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks to ensure a strong sales pipeline
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • A proven track record of finding and engaging new contacts
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to craft compelling messages
  • The ability to thrive in an execution-heavy environment with daily targets
  • Curiosity about industrial and infrastructure ecosystems
  • Comfort with using AI tools to enhance outreach efforts
