Purpose and Objective:
Responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and coordinate annual sales and cost budget plans for respective markets in line with the regional plan.
- Primarily responsible for achieving agreed sales and profit objectives, expense control management, and monitoring sales turnover on a quarterly basis against budget.
- Responsible to initiate and establish relationships with key customers, identify cross-sales business opportunities, and enable growth in the current business base.
- Manages day-to-day business, performs an active sales role, visits customers along with the Director of Herbal Division, and determines sales and market strategy in line with business directives.
- Enables customer experience and satisfaction in the market.
- Procurement responsibilities include analyzing product scope, anticipating business activity, building relevant sourcing strategies, identifying opportunities for strategic substitution/localization for domestic markets, on-boarding new suppliers, and managing process definition and drive clear roadmaps with collaborative stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under complexity and pressure with high logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry/Food Technology/Nutra/Microbiology/Pharmaceutical or other from a reputed institute.
- 4 years+ of combined experience of sales and sourcing operations in the herbal and nutraceutical industry is preferred.
