Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Executive to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA).

This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards (US GAAP).">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct periodic accounting reviews.">
  • Support valuation processes of portfolio companies in line with internal policies and auditor requirements.">
  • Oversee treasury functions including capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.">
  • Provide transaction support for capital deployment, including deal documentation review and payment processing.">
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and financial summaries in a timely and accurate manner.">
  • Manage investor communication for capital calls and distributions; maintain logs and receipt tracking.">
  • Assist in audit preparations and financial disclosures, including coordinating third-party valuation inputs.">
  • Prepare and review ad-hoc financial models and dashboards for internal decision-making.">
  • Review tax and regulatory filings/submissions and compliances.">
  • Work with tax advisors on direct and indirect tax returns, assessments and allied work areas.">
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to meticulously review monthly financial statements across all entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.">
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution of all statutory obligations within prescribed deadlines.">
  • Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.">
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and drive the delivery of high-quality MIS reports.">
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment with internal policies.">
