Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to inform regional strategies. Collect data on competitor sales tactics and prepare the team to counter them.
Selling Skills: Promote Boston Scientific products and services to achieve revenue targets. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services, support customers, and attend meetings and conferences.
Business Management: Monitor sales performance, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports. Assist sales support and marketing staff in activities such as sales promotion, training, and market research.
Clinical Excellence: Maintain clinical knowledge, interpret studies and data, and discuss with doctors. Sell the entire product line to applicable buying influences and differentiate against competitors.
Quality: Ensure all products and advertisements have gone through approval processes. Drive field corrective actions and support quality initiatives.
Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in capital equipment sales, cardiology specialization, and team management. The role involves working in South India, specifically in the Interventional cardiology space, and advancing Boston Scientific ROVUS therapies.
