Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and products, providing continuous education to the team. Maintain awareness of industry trends and their impact on local and regional sales activities.
- Selling Skills: Visit customers and potential customers to promote products and services, achieving revenue targets. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services, supporting customers with correct use, and attending meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products.
- Business Management: Monitor sales performance, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports. Ensure effective implementation of representative customer records, key contacts, and company policies. Develop and execute sales strategies, controlling expenses to meet sales objectives within budget.
- Clinical Excellence: Stay up-to-date with clinical studies and data, being a competent discussion partner with doctors. Maintain skills and knowledge to sell the entire product line to all applicable buying influences.
- Quality: Ensure high commitment to quality in all interactions and behaviors, facilitating complaint resolution and driving quality awareness in the organization.
- 8+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, cardiology specialization, and effective team management.
