Marketing Leadership Position for Pan-India Market

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will aim to capture a significant market share in the pan-India financial services sector. They will collaborate with business teams and other cross-functional teams to develop high-impact marketing campaigns and branding strategies. The successful candidate must be adept at identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and securing new accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives by working closely with clients, business teams, creatives/content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for BWR's products and services.
• Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
• Develop an execution plan and drive weekly webinars, thought leadership, or conclaves to build client engagement and generate leads.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and drive growth.
• Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans/strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube) with continuous content and engagement.
• Work with media agencies to generate speaking and sound-byte opportunities for the CEO.
• Conceptualise Brand refresh and promote brand visibility including website redesign and SEO optimization.
• Conduct meetings regularly with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure the team is consistently performing above standard.
• Attend conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with content management systems, and design software.
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to plan, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
• Established a roster of media and PR contacts.
Work Environment:
This role is based in Mumbai, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading credit rating agency, Brickwork Ratings. The company offers a competitive salary range of ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.
