Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage audiovisual integration projects across a region.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of AV systems, leadership skills, and excellent client communication abilities.

Responsibilities include project planning, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, budget management, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project finances and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, control systems, audio DSPs, and display technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or CTS-D certification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and international clients.
  • Familiarity with IT/AV convergence and enterprise AV standards.
