Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

At our organization, we are looking for a seasoned Regional Administrative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations of the region, including team management.

  • Leadership and Management: You will define the scope and key responsibilities for team members, communicate and coordinate with immediate management to develop strategic programs and project goals, and direct reporting to the Zonal Admin Head.
  • Team Coordination: You will monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress, manage calls and discussions, and ensure zero incidents on exam day related to admin services.
  • Talent Development: You will assist in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, and provide training and development opportunities for the admin team within the region.
  • Process Standardization: You will standardize processes at all exam venues, manage regional vendors, and support zonal head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
  • Reporting and Compliance: You will publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to zonal admin head and senior management, ensure SLA/SLC compliance at exam venues, and maintain and monitor legal compliance for all venues.
  • Crisis Management: You will handle crisis situations, conduct surprise checks at exam venues, and coordinate and manage manpower agencies.
  • Audit and Quality Assurance: You will conduct audits of exam venues, perform other duties assigned from time to time, and exercise governance over Vidz/Lisp partners, conduct regular meetings, and close audit points.
