Senior Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in fixed income analytics and risk management.
  • Independently support client queries, including fixed income instruments and returns.
  • Become a subject matter expert in end-to-end services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and process improvements.
  • Partner with regional and global leads to effectively manage initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Regularly present key performance indicators and goals to regional and global teams.
  • Lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and provide support to the team and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of minimum 7 members.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A postgraduate degree in finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with fixed income products is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid model.
