Lead Hostel Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hostel Operations Manager to lead our hostel operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive the overall hostel operations strategy, from move-ins to daily services to escalations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the overall hostel operations strategy, leading a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators to ensure smooth, student-friendly operations. They will also work closely with the Programme Director and Parent Affairs Team to align hostel policies with institutional goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Owning and driving the overall hostel operations strategy, from move-ins to daily services to escalations.
  • Leading a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators to ensure smooth, student-friendly operations.
  • Work closely with the Programme Director and Parent Affairs Team to align hostel policies with institutional goals.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with parents especially in sensitive or emergency situations.

You will have the ability to handle both student concerns and high-touch parent interactions with confidence and empathy. You should have demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing vendors, and getting things done through others.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4–8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality, luxury housing, student co-living, or client experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing vendors, and getting things done through others.
