
Senior Regional Franchise Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our franchise development efforts in the Karnataka Region. This key leadership position requires an individual with exceptional management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Developing and opening new franchises outlets across Karnataka Region to drive business expansion.
- Operational Management: Managing day-to-day operations, maintaining existing franchise activity reports, covering sales orders booked, and collections made to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Sales Forecasting: Primary and secondary sales forecasting to achieve top-line and bottom-line budgets, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and engaging potential partners, meeting them, and convincing them to join our franchise network.
- Profitability Enhancement: Analyzing and devising ways to increase profitability of franchises through efficient operational processes and strategic decision-making.
- Franchising Model Setup: Setting up the franchising model to expand our network and establish a strong presence in the market.
- Potential Dealer Identification: Prospecting for potential new dealers and turning this into increased business opportunities.
- Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with potential partners, leveraging your network to drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Researching and building relationships with new partners, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Business Deal Proposals: Facilitating meetings between partner decision makers and our practice leaders, planning approaches and pitches, and locating or proposing potential business deals.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrating strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, with good email etiquette is a must.
- Travel Requirements: Job requires travel in respective areas to drive business growth and expansion.
