      • Track revenue and expense budgets with Finance team partnership

      • Analyze research material and develop financial models for new initiatives or improvements

      • Customer Engagement

        • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships within MGS/MUFG and externally

        • Work with overseas onshore branches and HQ teams to promote business growth

        • Provide ad-hoc support for business trip logistics and meeting arrangements

          • Act as a role model and adhere to company policies/guidelines

          • Coach and guide junior team members on complex issues

          • Risk Management and Control

            • Monitor business risk profiles and lead report/resolution efforts

            • Support policy development and updates to ensure regulatory alignment
