  • Deliver process and solution documentation while working across an array of teams, geographies, and tools.">
  • Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time.">
  • Develop a deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development.">
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.">
  • Document all work to a high professional standard.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)">
  • Effective and persuasive communication; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.">
  • Brief knowledge of business process modelling, workflow, and project management principles.">
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks.">
  • Experience in a business analysis or related role is preferred but not mandatory.">
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com.">
  • Understanding of e-commerce systems and experience with online advertising would be a plus.">
