Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our retail team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice electronics products, and driving sales to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from our range of electronics, electricals, home appliances, and gadgets.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and warranty details effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest product trends, specifications, and technologies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assist with store merchandising, stock management, and visual display setup.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Passion for technology and gadgets.
