Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Educational Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing student admissions through strategic outreach, building institutional relationships, conducting career seminars, and driving brand awareness of IREZ Academy's courses among college students and job-seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote IREZ Academy's core programs across colleges, universities, and training hubs.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, workshops, and in-person presentations to generate course inquiries and admissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, and department heads.
  • Assist prospective students by providing accurate course information, career guidance, and enrolment support.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through digital platforms, education fairs, referrals, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for planning promotional strategies and events.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop tie-ups with educational institutions and student communities.
  • Represent the brand at education expos and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in educational sales, academic counseling, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Malayalam).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and institutional leaders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally for college visits, events, and seminars.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in promoting professional courses like NEBOSH, MEP, QA/QC, Medical Coding, or similar.
  • Existing network within colleges, universities, or skill development institutions.
